Meet Zach

As Chief Growth Officer and Private Wealth Advisor, Zach leads marketing and brand development strategy as well as advisor recruiting and development. In addition to executive duties, Zach is a practicing advisor and Certified Exit Planning Advisor on our team.

Zach’s love of math, finance and puzzles, as well as his personal interest in helping others is what initially drew him into the financial services industry. Beginning his career in financial services in 2004, his experience along the way in the fields of banking, personal and business lending, estate planning, risk management and investment management enable him to find a way to offer comprehensive holistic wealth advice.

He joined Silverhawk to offer a fiduciary relationship to his clients that would encompass multi-disciplinary financial planning. This comprehensive approach includes consideration of clients’ tax and legal liabilities and estate and asset protection needs. Ever committed to growth and increasing his knowledge to better serve his clients, Zach obtained his Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Zach is a lifelong Arizonan. He and his wife, Shea, became parents in 2019 and again in 2022. During free time, his favorite activity is morning walks or hikes with his family and their two dogs. When time permits, he enjoys golf, tennis and recently discovered pickleball. Zach also devotes time and resources to animal welfare groups, local dog rescues and financial literacy programs.
