Meet Kelly

As Operations Manager at Silverhawk Private Wealth, Kelly plays a key role in driving the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and team members. She leads key operational initiatives, streamline processes, coordinates across custodial and technology platforms, and partners closely with leadership to drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

With a strong background in operations, client service, and business administration, Kelly is known for her strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure to complex challenges. Her passion for optimizing systems and enhancing workflows helps support Silverhawk’s commitment to delivering a high-touch, client-centered experience.

Kelly grew up in Canada but made Arizona her permanent home after attending Arizona State University. Before joining Silverhawk, she built a strong foundation in client service and operations through her experience in the mortgage industry.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing Pilates, travelling, attending concerts, and trying new restaurants.
