Todd's tax practice provides a full range of services to our clients on federal and state income, franchise, payroll, sales and property taxes. He has extensive experience in dealing with capitalizations and reorganizations, multi-state taxation, general tax planning in the use of different accounting methods for tax purposes to achieve tax deferral, design and implementation of employee benefit plans, and estate planning, as well as the creation and administration of small insurance companies.

In addition to providing these CPA services, tax planning, accounting services and business accounting packages, Todd is also vice president and operations manager of Corporate Compensation Advisors, Ltd. While many other CPA's have been lax about educating their clients on the options available to them, Todd feels it is his duty to provide valuable knowledge of creative planning concepts to clients.
