PATRICK J. FLANERY

Patrick J. Flanery has worked in the pension plan, advanced income and estate-planning arena since 1982. A University of Minnesota graduate, Pat went on to William Mitchell College of Law. After law school, he began an extensive practice in corporate tax and benefits planning with small regional CPA/law firm. In 1989, after the firm was acquired, Pat began consulting for the successor firm, where he developed many of the tax-planning concepts used today as an advisor to high income business owners. He began his own tax and benefit consulting firm in 1996. As President of Silverhawk Financial Services, Inc., and co-founder of Silverhawk Advisory Group, Pat currently advises business owners in the design and administration of qualified retirement plans including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) both (C) and Subchapter "S" corporations. He is also experienced with closely held insurance companies.
